Program description. Asset Guidance Group, LLC ("AGG") sends SMS text messages to existing advisory clients, replies by text to people who contact us through the chat form on our website, and sends appointment reminders to people who book a call and opt in, for operational and administrative purposes, including scheduling, appointment confirmations, brief check-ins, responses to inquiries, and similar non-substantive communications.

How you opt in. SMS communications are sent only to people who have provided consent. Consent is typically obtained verbally during client onboarding or in the course of an existing advisory relationship, or by your initiation of a text message conversation with AGG. People who book a call on our website may also choose to receive appointment reminders by text by checking the optional reminder box on the booking form. Website visitors may also start a text conversation with AGG by submitting the chat form on our website. By submitting it, you agree to receive text replies from AGG about your inquiry. AGG does not add you to any marketing list.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the operational needs of

your relationship with AGG. Most clients receive fewer than four messages per month.

Costs. AGG does not charge for SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any AGG text message at any time to stop receiving SMS communications. You may also email AGG or contact us by phone to be removed. Opting out of SMS does not affect your advisory relationship.

Help. Reply HELP to any AGG text message for assistance, or contact AGG at +1 404-348-4120 / [email protected].

Privacy. AGG does not sell, rent, or share your mobile telephone number or SMS message content with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile carriers and our communications platform provider process this information solely to deliver messages. See AGG's Privacy Policy for additional information.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
